What is your production time?

All of our items are made to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for production before your order ships.

How long does Standard Shipping take?

Standard Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days (after production time).

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

 

Do you offer Express Shipping?

Yes! We offer Express Shipping with delivery in 1–2 business days. A flat rate of $15.00 applies at checkout for this option.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Policy

Production Time: All items are handmade to order. Production takes 2–3 business days before shipping.

Standard Shipping: Free on all orders, delivery in 2–5 business days.

Express Shipping: Available for $15.00, delivery in 1–2 business days.

Tracking: Every order includes tracking information emailed to you once shipped.

Refund & Return Policy

No Returns: Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Refunds: Refunds or replacements are only offered if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

We'll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

 Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, we are unable to cancel.
